1. Products
1.1 We sell TV parts, circuit boards, and other electronic components.
1.2 All products are either new, used, or refurbished and are clearly described as such in the listing.
1.3 Unless otherwise stated, all parts are tested and working at the time of dispatch.
2. Compatibility
2.1 It is your responsibility to ensure the item purchased is compatible with your device.
2.2 We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation or use.
3. Testing & Warranty
3.1 All parts are tested prior to sale unless sold as 'untested' or 'spares/repairs'.
3.2 Warranty:
- All parts (new, used, or refurbished) – 30 days from delivery date.
3.3 Warranty covers the part only, not any labour, fitting, or consequential damages.
4. Returns
4.1 Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
4.2 Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied.
4.3 Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4.4 Items damaged during installation or due to incorrect use are not eligible for return.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and tested.
5.2 Where an item is found to be faulty within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or refund.
5.3 If the item is not faulty, return postage may be deducted from the refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 We are not responsible for:
- Any loss of data, time, or income.
- Damage caused by incorrect fitting.
- Issues arising from faults in other equipment.
6.2 Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
7. Shipping
7.1 All orders are dispatched via tracked delivery.
7.2 We aim to ship within 3 business days of payment.
7.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
